This is a food truck. Good authentic Mexican cuisine to go. No complaints, easy access in the Lowe's park in g lot.
I love this authentic Mexican food and style. It's definitely not a Tex Amex. The chorizo and carne tacos were amazingly delicious and fabulous either way cilantro and salsa picante.
I ate at the restaurant at Kihei Gateway shopping center, not a food truck. Ambiance's is ok, more Like a diner than fine dining at lunchtime. Service was excellent, the food was very good and ample. They wanted the make sure everything was prepared well and we had everything we needed. It has a bar but we just had cokes and tea. The food could be improved a bit. The el pastor meat in the taco alacart was very chewy. The shrimp taco had a lovely sauce on it and the chicken taco was filled with chunks of chicken. I think a bit of spicier sauce should be offered or automatically added in a small container. I'd like the heat to go up a bit but that's my taste. Paint the chipped paint walls to improve the appearance. We noticed that.

The al pastor tacos were absolutely incredible! Savory and packed with flavor. The salsa verde was a perfect addition. The ladies were very nice as well.
Girlfriend Sofia Vergara II invited me to a late lunch at this little truck at the upper end of Kahului Lowe's parking lot. Really? Looks like she gets around. Currently, all I can vouch for is the Carnitas Pork Burrito. A huge, delicious blend of beans, rice and wonderfully unctuous pork wrapped in a flour tortilla blanket. The picante salsa is reminiscent pureed chipotle with red sauce and has a nice kick. Next time we're around it's my treat for a taco plate and I'll get the lengua!
